I got a letter from the office stating that I was being released as a patient due to 'no show' of 5 times. This is completely inaccurate. I missed two appointments in the last year. Life doesn't always work out the way you want it to! But for them to state that I didn't show up or contact them five times is completely wrong! When I called to talk to the office manage, I was ignored and no one returned my calls for over two weeks. This caused me to run out of my medication and caused serious side affects.
I would NOT recommend this doctor's practice to anyone!
