They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I can't believe they made me wait in the waiting room that long. It felt like I was in there for hours. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They had very flexible appointment hours and were willing to work with my schedule. I didn’t have a hard time getting an appointment at all.
