My son has been under their care for many years. At this time I am unable to contact him because he has turned off his phone and will not answer his door. Last week when I was pointed out to him, he denied I was his mother. I have called Mr. Q. several times and he has not responded. I do not know what to do if another family member has an emergency or if he has a serious medical issue. His worker is probably following HIPPA, but can't he tell me if my son is doing ok? And does he recognize who I am. I am afraid he is getting worse and his worker is not doing his job. I have no idea why he has refused to see me since Thanksgiving or even call me. I think there must be a better way.
