I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I had a hard time getting an appointment with them. I’ve had a more difficult time at other places, but it was still annoying.
