due to her own clerical error she decided to charge me $325 plus the copays I gave her for 2 visits.

Her collection techniques negated any anxiety relief I had from my two sessions with her.

After my insurance company called her to help her file the claim correctly because I called them for assistance, she left me a very unprofessional voicemail telling me that my error would be fixed and that my insurance company had called her to explain the procedure.

I will never go back.
