Marc Shatz, Phd is a pervert who commits insurance fraud. Got me hooked on adderal and fell asleep during sessions. Only for me to be told by my insurance company about all the prescription medication he has taken out in my name. He touched my butt after the session as I was walking out and he was behind me. He pretended nothing had happened and that he didn't know what I was saying when I asked hi why he put his hands on me. He needs to be investigated by the board. He is a pervert.
