Mary Shorack's expertise may not be suitable for court-appointed reunification or evaluation cases. Her familiarity with current knowledge regarding Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS),Parental Alienation (PA), coersive control, resist and refuse, etc appears to be lacking, to the extent that her actions could be interpreted as contributing to alienating behaviors. It seems she lacks the comprehension necessary to recognize and address these family dynamics effectively.

Mary's demeanor appeared inflexible, inconcise and authoritarian, displaying a bias against men. Her primary focus seemed to be on her high hourly rate of $250, rather than providing assistance. Comparatively, her fees seem inflated for the level of expertise she possesses, likely driven by her association with the family court system. It is hoped that the local mental health community can evolve by embracing modern perspectives and educating themselves about the shortcomings in the current system.

Additionally, it's worth noting that her receptionist, Mindy, displayed a pleasant and caring demeanor. However, her qualities were unfortunately overshadowed by ineffective leadership within the practice.
