I've been a client of SW for a little over 3 years and am now seeking help from elsewhere after learning my confidentiality has been broken, it has been brought to the administrator Michelle and absolutely nothing was done about it. It has also become a feat just to get my prescriptions refilled. The Dr., If I can even call her that has frequently made herself unavailable and the only way to communicate with her, or try to I should say, leave messages with her desk staff, who don't return phone calls. I understand the staff has a lot on their plate but its kind of hard to do the ball when they don't even pick it up. The only positive thing to say is my councilor has been exceptional and is really the only reason I've put up with the lack of professionalism surrounding her. Ben Archer it is...
