They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods (like having a bedside manner of some human kind). The chairs in their waiting room were fine. They didn't explain my treatment options in any detail, and I am pretty sure I just wasted my money because they didn't check insurance first and it won't be covered. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they seemed oblivious to my pain. The office was easy enough to find. < that="" stuff="" was="" entered="" by="" this="" site's="" software.="" the="" lack="" of="" empathy="" she="" showed="" was="" the="" worst="" part.="" she="" was="" very="" snobbish="" and="" abrupt.="" i="" felt="" violated="" by="" the="" experience.="" i="" will="" never="" go="" back.="" i="" gave="" half="" a="" star="" so="" no="" one="" would="" think="" i="" didn't="" rate="" the="" star="" part.="" half="" is="" too="" high.="" if="" you="" feel="" vulnerable,="" this="" is="" not="" the="" place="" to="" go.="" if="" you="" want="" to="" have="" an="" intellectual="" boxing="" match,="" maybe="" it="" />
