I find it deeply disturbing that this person claims to be medically proficient enough to treat things like social anxiety and depression and yet feels the need to treat servers so poorly. Dr. van Raalte, I would suggest you do a good bit of "soul searching" yourself and figure out why you're actually angry before you take it out on innocent service personnel in the future.

Peggy Van Raalte of Upper Montclair was my worst experience with a talk therapist. I was deeply, deeply embarrassed by her and she offered extremely poor guidance when I came to her office with a serious conflict to resolve. Overall, I do not recommend Van Raalte to anyone at all.

Find a different therapist and call an MD instead of a PsyD.
