Jane M. Wells is nothing more than a high functioning alcoholic. Also, she worships Satan. She has been used by the California Department of Corrections to evaluate whether people are competent. Jane M. Wells cannot give a reliable clear-headed opinion about a thing. I do not recommend her.

Watch out for this doctor and her dishonest practices. My son went to see her. He is a college student and wanted to talk about a potential bipolar issue. I agreed to pay and sent $300 upfront, which she required before she would see him. She saw him one time (ever), then dropped him and wouldn't see him again. No explanation. She then billed me an additional $440!. I called but she would not return my calls. I wrote a letter asking for an explanation of the charges. No response. THEN, she turned me over to lawyers for collection!
