I would never visit them again, because she failed to solve the underlying problem. I had tendinitis in one arm in 1990 and overworked that shoulder. I then compensated by using my other shoulder too much. It caused that side of my back to be very tight, but the 6 spinal manipulations that I had did not loosen it up in 1998 when she was in Cupertino. The one thing she did was to create a release point in my neck on the other side. I went to a Palmer School chiropractor in 2009 who fixed the problem.

I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
