My appointments here are ALWAYS pleasant and I ALWAYS feel much better after I have been adjusted. I never have experienced a painful adjustment. I have never had an instance where I haven't been treated courteously. I am sure that if I had a complaint, everything would be done to correct the problem. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort. They weren't severely understaffed but it they could've used more office help.
