I first visited Dr. Kaczanowski back in 1993-94 when her office was located at the corner of Barnum Ave & East Main St. intersection and followed her to her next office in the Professional Bldg. on Barnum Avenue. The reason why I have and would continue to follow her wherever she moves to, is because she IS one of a kind in her business. Her staff is on point, and they always made an extra effort to communicate, updating me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. There was a time when the news Kristen had to give me, was a little disturbing to listen to at first, but she offered the encouragement, the support, and the reinforcement that I needed at the time; as it turned out, it was NOT the end of the world for me, and thank God first, she made me better with each appointment. She is one of the most compassionate people I have met in my lifetime, but she will use that compassion to drive her to the next level and do what needs to be done in order to get you where you need to be.

In terms of the staff, It has always been very encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment, and that they really cared about that. They were all so kind and attentive to me, and I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I have referred many people over the years, and I will continue to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for, what this company stands for, etiquette, and everything it takes to provide the service, which, Dr. Kaczanowski has worked so very hard toward, for so many years.

In conclusion, expect to deal with staff that is able to answer most of your questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need Kristen's approval for. God Bless...
