I was so pleased that I didn't have to wait before I got to talk with the receptionist. The office is perfectly staffed. I never have to wait. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. Dr Knoll is very knowlegable and kind.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
