Due to recent shoulder rotator cuff surgery, physical therapy was prescribed six weeks after the surgery. The physical therapy department located in the orthopedic group practice that performed my surgery was unable to schedule me for the therapy until later in May 2015. I was referred by the in-house physical therapy group to another contractor, On the Go Therapy Services, Inc.
I discussed my situation with the owner, Julie Blank, provided her with my insurance information and established a schedule for treatment
My assigned physical therapist was Regina Bonynge. Regina worked with me on nineteen appointments during April, May and June. I am one-hundred percent recovered and I am able to perform daily life without pain and with great mobility. Ten years in the past, I required the same surgery for my right shoulder. The surgery and recovery services were performed in a different state.
In 2013 I endured spine surgery in Sarasota from the same orthopedic group. My recovery therapy was provided by another company not associated with the orthopedic group.
On the Go Therapy Services, Inc. provides a highly skilled one-on-one service with the highest professional standards in care. I cannot thank them enough for all that was provided.
I provided my orthopedic surgeon with details of their therapy services. She was impressed with their simplistic approach to recovery services and stated that she would refer additional patients to On the Go.
