Chrissandra is the owner of A Hand Full of Health and has been providing therapeutic massage since 2012. Chrissandra has a deep passion for massage and all the wonderful things it has to offer the human body. Although she offers relaxation massage, Chrissandra prefers to focus more on injury treatment and postural improvements. Chrissandra is also a Reiki Practitioner. Reiki is an excellent energy healing technique that can be helpful for extreme pain issues, stress relief and relaxation.
