Dr Prather was great. Very good at what he does. I will never go back do to the office staff. I have multiple complaints from a their business aspects. 6 hrs between my 2 visits, and all I recieved was.... 2 adjustments, vital signs and xrays taken, and watched a video about what services they offer. They where very slow at everything. Complaint 2... The office manager told me on my first visit, "Why would we join any more insurance networks when we make more money by not joining and we still are busy." That made me question their motives towards patient care. Complaint 3... After I was told I did not owe anything more (allowing me to change Dr's without worring about addition bills), I recieved addition bills. Office manager pass me off to billing, and billing said she is not responcible for what I am told by other office employees. So I now have additional bills to pay. Complaint 4... I have a new Dr, My new Dr still has not recieved my medical information from the Wellness Center. It has been about a month and my current Dr and I have both called several times and faxed documents back and forth with the Wellness Center so they would release my records to my new Dr. Apparently, I will just start new records with my current Dr cause I'm doubting the Wellness Center's, office staffs ability to do anything on a timely basis. Complaint 5... On my first visit, waiting for my x-rays to be taken. I noticed thier x-ray machines certificate that is issued by the state of Indiana was out of date by over a month. When I asked about this, I was once again dismissed, and they told a funny joke about how observent I was and how they shouldn't leave me allone to long. When I expressed more concerns about it, they told me it was "probably in the mail". That did not make me feel comfortable that the x-ray machine was "probably" still certified and was "probably" OK to be used.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
