I have seen Kelly on and off for about 7 years. I went to her for so long because she was close to home and had evening hours. I often went to a different chiropractor when I could because I didn't like how cold Kelly is.

Over the years I have seen so many massage therapists and receptionists leave, her practice appears to be a revolving door. She added an additional chiropractor to her practice who I really liked, so I started to see her. We got on really well, she took an interest in me, my life, and my pain. Sadly, she left and I was told by a therapist there that she left because Kelly was so demanding and hard to work with.

I have witnessed Kelly on several occasions yell at her employees and belittle them right at the front desk. A new receptionist asked her a question about the computer program they use and Kelly, while picking out music to play, interrupted her and said "You can't ask me questions like that. I don't have time to for this. You were trained and you need to figure it out yourself." She then told me I could go into her room and she followed me. Needless to say, I didn't see that women again, and there was a new face behind the desk when I went back a few days later.

If you are looking for a chiropractor who will adjust you with little to no questions about your pain or what is bothering you than Kelly is the person for you. If you are looking for a personal experience where you problem solve together about how you can get better than find someone else!
