They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
