Our enjoyable, non-competitive classes are taught by Jane who has over 30 years teaching experience and has produced a series of TV shows on yoga as well as owning and running 2 yoga studios. She is Kripalu Certified and her extensive training was received over a 16 year period, directly from the Indian Masters themselves who first brought yoga to this country. Our classes are welcoming, intimate and friendly and each person goes at his/her own pace. You will practice breathing, warm-ups, postures, deep relaxation and meditation in each class. The benefits are accumulative, so the more you practice, the better you feel.
