They always listen very carefully to all of my input and concerns. All my pet's treatment decisions are made collaboratively instead of them just telling me what to do. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. was very nice to vist this site, people were great and did a wonderful job with our dogs.
