This place is all about the money, wish i had never gone there. First my neighbor had a bad experience as her dog was dying and they told her sorry we can’t help you go somewhere else. Then my dog had a tumor hanging out of her vagina and they said to me sorry we can’t see her we don’t have any apt (went to alderwood vca and they took her in and fixed her that day) Now i took my dog into this vet north creek in November and was asked about everything on her medical record. Now it’s October and i tried to get a refill of the medication she has been on for 6 years and they say i need to come in for another vet check even though she was seen in November. can you say cha Ching$$$$$$ for them.. the issue was that i hadn’t had the prescription filled in 2 years because i was washing my dog to stop the itching instead of shoving pills down the dogs throat. Now remember she was seen in November and the vet said she looked fine and that meant for the stupid prescription as well so there greedy and really don’t care about the welfare of my pet but they sure care about the money and the reception lady is a rude B****. I told her hey i have asthma and don’t use my inhaler but maybe 2 times per year but when i need a refill i get one without seeing the dr because I’m not going to use it if i don’t have to meaning it last longer ***SAME WITH THE DOG *** not going to use it if she doesn’t need it..GOOD RIDDENS
When I tool my dog in for euthanasia, and while my dog was wretching in pain the doctor asked me if I was sure I wanted to do it, as if that decision werent hard enough. Then, 30 minutes passed as the tried to find things, the nurse asked me twice if I wanted more time, both times I said "Yes, Ive been ready, whats taking so long?" FWIW, my dog was healthy for 10 years, never had a problem until he went there for a UTI and they prescribed meds that killed him in a week. MY NEXT PETS WILL GO TO VCA, RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR PETS THERE TOO.
