I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The staff went out of their way to make both me and my pet feel welcome. Front of the house staff...AWESOME...Back of the house staff...AWESOME!. They always made sure that my pet is very very comfortable. Dr. J even gets right down on the floor with my dog because she doesn't like the table.... They are extremely reliable. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions as well as encourage any questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Even if I feel that my questions are silly or off the wall they make me feel better about what I am asking...after all, my pets are just like my kids!!!! By far the BEST vets I have ever found... My grandparents used them, my parents use them and now I will use them as long as I can!
