Dr. Giles is a professional with a great love for animals. She is the only vet my dog was never afraid with. She was compassionate towards both my dogs and me in terms of my having to put them down. What was most endearing about her was that she recommended what was the most humane treatment for my dogs, rather than suggesting really traumatic long-term treatments that might not have even worked and were cost prohibitive to me anyway. Other expensive local vets made me feel guilty for not being willing to spend thousands of dollars to try to extend my already old and ill dogs' lives. Dr. Giles has an a very skilled and knowledgeable assistant, Jennifer, who is also a compassionate animal lover, and knows loads about many aspects of pet health and treatment.
