When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. This provider sometimes has promotions going on but only if you ask. You really have to look hard to find coupons. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The Doctor himself made a fatal decision with my cat. Giving him my cats history, he should have done surgery to save his life. Instead he dragged out the treatment till it killed my cat. Not only did he not do what was necessary he also charged me double what the surgery would have cost in the first place. And I have gotten quotes from other Vets. I am trying to get back some of the fees he charged.
