I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would have me make an appointment only if it couldn't be handled over the phone. They are by far the most respectful, courteous veterinarian I've ever met. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They sure didn't make me feel rushed.
