Brian hall is the only one that specializes in teeth cleaning and dentistry there. I took my dog in October for an eval and schedule teeth cleaning. I told the secretary I knew that his vaccines were due in 4 months and I would make another appointment for that I like to split them up so he doesn’t get hit all at once. This was strictly for his teeth. Brian hall admits on paper work he evaluated his teeth with his muzzle on. He was more worried about giving him combo vaccines which he gave without my knowledge because he took my dog in back during his exam and gave them to him. He was due for a heartworm test which they didn’t care to do the secretary said I didn’t ask so they didn’t bring it up but again, having no issues giving multiple vaccines. I took him to another vet Brian (you don’t deserve to be called a Dr) and they cleaned his teeth and did X-rays which showed his entire mouth but 4 teeth all have root resorption. I have a picture of the X-rays. Along with before and after pictures of the cleaning. My dog will need teeth pulled down the line soon. The secretary proceeded to tell me that at that time my dog didn’t need his teeth cleaned and they must’ve gotten bad during a 6 month time frame they lied to try and cover their ass. His teeth are like night and day now visually after his cleaning today. What the vet found today is extremely rare in dogs and they don’t know the cause they are now monitoring him due to the shape it’s in. Due to your lack of care by me bringing his teeth to your attention and you denying that I had to find out from a better vet. I understand there’s no way for you to see this without doing X-rays but you denied my dog that care all together when he now needs yearly cleanings to keep up with this root issue thats effecting his entire mouth if didn’t take him to another vet. You displayed nothing but carelessness and incompetent treatment which is neglect. You need to retire or stick to your little lizards and reptiles. Please do NOT take your dogs here PLEASE. He will try to steal years
