Very rude and unprofessional staff. Worst experience ever! They definitely have a LOT to learn about kindness. Plus, they're a ripoff with regard to "boarding" fees. If you are there even 1 minute past their 9 am cutoff to pick up your pet aftter being spayed/neutered, plan on spending $ for "boarding". And that's even if your in the door and waiting in line for 15 minutes. Such a ripoff. Disgusting. The staff are the worst!!
