I had to do my own research to get my questions answered. The staff was not friendly - which would be be least of your concerns! My visit to this vet was dangerous to my pet. My pet was much worse when I picked him up than when I dropped him off, and subsequently died at the emergency vet hospital (another location). It was hard to find Oweis's dilapidated, filthy building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit again. It is criminal for this man to ever have called himself a vet. His license has been suspended more than once. Save your pet's life - stay away!!!
