Dr. Rapp was my veterinarian, when I lived in Anchorage from 1981 to 1995. The military moved us from Alaska to Alabama. He was the absolute best. He is the standard which I use to judge every veterinarian since we moved. He has always been in my thoughts and prayers. Our pets are long gone but his legacy remains.
