I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I loved how quickly they were able to get my pet in. My pet didn't have to suffer in the waiting room at all which I appreciated very much. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
