A couple of years ago I wrote a glowing review and it was deserved. Unfortunately, my recent visit was a 180 degree experience. And although I called three times since Dec 22 to discuss my issue with the manager, I’ve yet to receive a return phone call. My issues include surprise charges, unnecessary charges, lack of response, and I didn’t receive the services I asked for, nor did I get any feedback regarding the exam. I have two dogs and will not be bringing either of them back to Shamrock. I hope the manager who ignored me is asked to justify the loss of my business.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. One thing I really love about them is how easy it is to get an appointment. I never have to worry that they won't be able to see my pet right away. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
