Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appt. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. My dog was animal agressive and they always went out of their way to make sure my pet and others were safe before treatment. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff got back to me promptly.They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I cant thank them enough for all the time and honesty they provided to my shepherd during his treatment. My dog actually loved the staff and was never fearful when going back for treatment.
