They always listen very carefully to all of my input and concerns. All my pet's treatment decisions are made collaboratively instead of them just telling me what to do. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I would go to them over any other veterinarian. I've never doubted their abilities.
