About
My father was in the military, so leaving for college was my tenth move. I took with me that family is the core unit, not the physical location, and we connect & adjust together in life. This laid the groundwork for my present-day passion for work with military families.
My therapeutic orientations are cognitive-behavioral and integrative. I have over 20 years of clinical experience working with children, tweens, teens, couples and families in multiple settings including inpatient, outpatient, in-home, phone, and online.

I value the unique journey of self-discovery, and I assist in creating a safe, non-judgmental environment for a therapeutic relationship. I recognize the influence of attachment, family relationships, trauma and the environment on the whole person, and I personalize therapy through a collaborative approach. I help individuals and families create "tool boxes" of strategies to cope with anxiety, depression, loss, addiction and self-esteem issues.
