One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.
