I am widely experienced in treating anxiety, mood problems, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, recovery, and chronic stress from a mind/body and mindfulness perspective. I work with both women and men, all ages except young children, and include couples and family therapy and play therapies for over anxious and depressed children. I have had specialized training working with the deeper mind for rapid intervention, enhancing motivation, to transform perceptions that keep us stuck, to resolve problems resistant to change and to help families cope with addiction. I offer workshops to build resiliency, relationship skills, enhance creativity and effective problem solving. Sandtray therapy offered. Groups and workshops. Comfortable home like office setting.

While Louise showed good knowledge and care about our treatment topic (Recovery), her unprofessionalism and lack of concern for a patient is by far the worst I've seen from a therapist when our work concluded. After weeks of begging Louise to continue service, as my recovery is the highest priority in my life, she continued to deny me service after one appointment that was missed. In fairness, that was on me and I'm accountable for that. But after months of working together, to cease therapy after one missed appointment and continuously question my lack of commitment and integrity is an obvious shock to me and to the multiple other therapists I've described this situation to. It will now take me months to get back to where I was with Louise. While I can say her knowledge and experience is strong, I can't say I would ever begin therapy with someone who showed such a lack of professionalism and commitment to any of their clients. Hoping this helps others to not have to go through this.
