I can not hope to express the courage that Beth helped me find within myself. My life was filled with despair and fear of not being able to survive anymore tragedy. Beth worked diligently with me on learning to understand what was in my realm of control and what wasn't, and to develop behavior modification techniques that enabled me to become in control of my life. I believe that she was instrumental in saving my life. I have gone from a life of constant chaos to continuous calm. She is professional but genuinely concerned and committed to progress of her clients.
