Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult, but it took nearly all day (roughly 6 hours, each time) to do both intake evaluations to open a case for service. I had to wait around half and hour to an hour for appointments, but given the size of the population they see, it was understandable.
It's not posh, by any means, but for public health care, it's not too bad. Most of the staff I came in contact with was truly caring, although they do seem to have a high turnover rate, resulting in being reassigned to different physicians/therapists.
They lost my records, for nearly three years' worth of sporadic service. When I moved out of the area and requested records, it took three weeks to finally tell me they couldn't find either of my case histories with them (2006-2008 records, requested summer 2008).
Dr. Johnson was wonderful. Therapy was ok.
It was adequate care, overall. Just disappointed about the records (where did they go?).
