They claim to have a 10 minute grace period but I arrived in exactly 9 minutes past my time and was not allowed to be seen. The next time I arrived I was told that they attempted to reach me via phone to tell me the doctor wasn't in. But they did not leave a voice message or attempt to call back hours before the appointment. Front staff is very rude and talk with condescending tones as if we are uneducated. In addition, my child is on his third therapist in almost two years.

Will be honest--haven't meet any of the doctors there, but basing on rudeness of their office personnel and misleading of their advertisements I think the rating I gave is accurate--"0". Claim that they are taking new patients with certain insurances... that would mean right now and not "may be in a month or so we will be able to book you, but for now we accept cash". This looks more like a scam then professional care.
