I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I am very disappointed with the unprofessional and mixed messages I got from Marie and her colleague. I feel strongly that I would have made progress so much more quickly in my life had she more effectively intervened at the critical juncture during which I received her services.
