Depending on who I spoke with, it seemed like they were either annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer when I asked a question, or more often, redirected my question as if they could get me side tracked and off subject and tried to get me to think that their solution was a far better choice and my suggestion or question was not even under consideration. Mind you, they did answer some of my questions, but not all of them. And, in some instances, more or better information would have been very helpful. There was/is a nurse that was absolutely the best to work with-which is the only reason I stuck with them for so long. You see, I am a very patient, tolerant, and intelligent person. But, my son ended up changing counselors five times due to changes in their company or another counselors' inadequacies. All of this left both of us feeling flustered and depressed about the whole experience.
On top of this over half the time they wouldn't follow through With THEIR original plan or they would skip the appointment all together, many times without a call.
On a happier note, I could tell that they took pride in their own and their office's appearance. It looked well organized and taken care of.... although, I did need to take my own reading material and my son needed to bring something entertaining, due to the lack of magazinesand toys to choose from, (the ones that were available weren't very interesting).
I would not refer my family and friends here. I don't think any one should be treated with the misdirected and false respect that I received from the counselors.
