Yesterday I attended an all-day retreat about meditative writing led by Father Frances Dorff of the Norbertine Community. I am recovering from a Traumatic Brain Injury, using daily writing and meditation as therapies, and write articles on "Wellness in Albuquerque" for the free online newspaper The Examiner. (http://www.examiner.com/wellness-in-albuquerque/george-peknik). The retreat was everything I had hoped for, Fr. Frances was engaging and brilliant in his teaching methods, and I plan to do this type of retreat again in the future.
