Their office was quiet. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. When I call here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the me. I was pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Maybe if he spent a little more time listening to his clients and less time bragging about all his "experience" he would actually be able to get somewhere.
