Individual, Group, Couples and Family PsychotherapyMy training as a psychotherapist began a a child, listening as my parents and their friends talked about jobs; marriage; children, aging parents; etc. This led to a lifelong fascination with human relationships and the workings of individual minds and hearts. Home Visits available when necessary.
I graduated from Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York in 1973 with a B.A. in Psychology; from the Florida International University in 1976 with a Bachelor in Social Work; from the University of Northern Colorado in 1979 with an M.A. in Psychology; and from Barry University in 1982 with a Masters in Social Work.
My education is broad and my work experience varied. I was blessed with talented trainers, gifted post-grad supervisors and diverse work experiences ranging from adoption, substance abuse, hospitals, the elderly and folks with inevitable problems life presents. Call me. Let's see if we make a good therapeutic team.
