My appointments never get canceled last minute. They are extremely reliable. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Charlotte is a wonderful counselor. Very caring and good with our family. Sometimes it is hard to get a message through for changes, but other than that I would highly recommend Charlotte as anyone's counselor!
