Not Christian Counselling. I'm not sure they didn't hurt my marriage. Group and individual counsellor a were focused on synotoms rather rhan problems in our marriage. Emphasis on doing what you want not what it takes to survive a struggling marriage.

If you want a cheerleader to tell you everything you do is good. THese guys will work. If you want someone to help you and ask the tough questions and hold you accountable you'd be ahead to tell it to the drive thru operator at McDonalds.
