I work with adults who are needing help with topics such as: depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, loss of a loved due to death, a break-up, chronic illness, work related problems. I can help with the process of making difficult decisions such as job change/problems, or family issues,and grief and loss.These noted issues are not restricted to the above listing but simply some of the types of issues I work with.

I am a native Seattleite. I have been in practice since 1997 as a private practice counselor for adults, but have also work part-time for mental health organizations, as a crisis counselor at hospital ER's, such as Valley Medical, Evergreen, and Fairfax hospital. Previous to becoming a licensed Mental Health Counselor, I was a licensed Radiology Tech. for 10 yrs.I work with adults who are needing help with topics such as: depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, loss of a loved due to death, a break-up, chronic illness, work related problems. I provided 1:1 counseling for individuals or couples using various methods of practice according to one's issues. Mainly I use as psychodynamic, person-centered, mainly I use existential therapy or a mixture according to what one's issues are.
I strive to honor each person as to where you are in your struggles. You and I will work together on whatever you feel you need help with. I don't set the agenda you the client does.
