The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. The staff has never changed to my observation for years no matter how many times I called with a question or concern they're very professional. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around.
